Q: If my company has a temporary employee through AES and decides to convert the candidate to our payroll, what is the service charge and process?

A: To convert a temporary employee to your payroll, contact your AES consultant with the date you wish to convert the employee and the pay rate. The consultant will calculate the conversion charge. The conversion service charge is based upon the full placement fee prorated for hours already billed.

Q: Why should my company choose AES for our multiple staffing needs?

A: The hiring process takes significant time and energy from your daily management responsibilities. AES concentrates on recruiting qualified employees so you may concentrate on your primary responsibility – managing your business.

Q: What type of guarantee does AES offer?

A: AES and its divisions have an excellent guarantee policy, which enables the client to evaluate the new hire for the guaranteed period. The guarantee is valid only if the invoice is paid within 20 days of employee’s start date. If the employee leaves the position within 90 days of the day he/she begins work, AES will replace that candidate one time at no additional charge. AES’s guarantee does not apply to the replacement candidate. Please ask your search consultant for more information as to any limitations or exclusions that may apply.
